Connect with over 5,000 global experts as we merge the DLEC CoP site with the GFRAS community

Jul 16, 2020

Dear member,

We have valued your membership, contributions and support to the Feed the Future Developing Local Extension Capacity (DLEC) Project. In order to sustain this community beyond the life of the DLEC project and continue exciting conversations about extension and advisory services, we are joining forces with the GFRAS community.

By joining the GFRAS community, you will be part of a group of 5,000+ extension and advisory services experts, academics, and practitioners and have access to conversations and information regarding cutting-edge innovations related to extension and advisory services, as well as social networking features to engage other extension and advisory service practitioners, including a roster of experts.

The DLEC Community of Practice hosted on Hivebrite will be decommissioned by September 30, 2020. All DLEC content and publications have been transferred to GFRAS’ extensive content library and we will continue posting new DLEC content on GFRAS’s website.

On July 16, you will receive an email from GFRAS to guide you through the migration process and add you as a member of the GFRAS community. You can also sign up to join GFRAS by going to their website: https://www.g-fras.org/en/community/community-area.html. Don’t forget to bookmark the site!

The Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS) enhances the performance of advisory services so that they can better serve farm families and rural producers, thus contributing to improved livelihoods in rural areas and the sustainable reduction of hunger and poverty.

We look forward to seeing you at https://www.g-fras.org! If you have any questions, please contact us at eascop@digitalgreen.org

Best regards,

The DLEC project team and GFRAS
